I would like to be able to print out a report by campus to send with the technicians or myself and would like one or two pages (depending on how many there are ) that will show campus, room number, teachers name, and what the request is for.
In order to run this kind of report I use the incident work queue filters to narrow down to just what I am looking for and then export a .csv file with the results asking for all columns. Its a bit cumbersome but works pretty well for data collection that is hard to find within the reports that currently exist.
