I'm just starting to work with Application Integrations and having success with basic integrations based on the examples from the updating service requests document.
One of the things I'm particularly interested in is assigning incidents to different technicians depending on conditions or approvals. This works okay for assigning to individual technicians, per this:
But what I really need is the ability to assign to a Group. Is there a way to do this? I've tried plugging in id instead of email, but that ends up assigning to . . . the first agent in alpha order, as near as I can determine. And it's not even an agent in the group.
