We have automated alerts that we cannot map to a user account or add it to a site for ticket mapping.  The external email is do-not-reply@central.sophos.com, has anyone seen this before>?

There is no listed user for do-not-reply@central.sophos.com in our setup but we cannot add it and it shows up under the general all incidents list but does not allow us to map it to a site.
