I suspect this is an enhancement request. Currently task workflows direct incidents to the group that is going to work on it. What I would like to see is auto-tagging on each task so that the tag detail can be seen in the main Incident screen. For example: our task workflow for a user whose password has expired or is otherwise unable to log in directs the incident to the infrastructure team if its network access needed or to the correct software team for any software that needs login assistance. If we could also add a tag at this level during the workflow then the unable to log in would have the tag as to which system needs assistance so the dispatchers can tell at a glance what system the user is unable to access.
