I'm trying to create a ticket in Samanage from SharePoint (using a Nintex Workflow) that has an attachment. The item in SharePoint is a PDF and is attached to the list item from which I'm initiating the workflow. I can get the URL to this item easily, but passing it to Samanage via the API to add as an attachment errors out. I'm assuming this is due to Samanage wanting a "path" rather than a URL to the item.
I also tried creating the ticket, storing the ID, and adding the attachment by emailing Samanage, but I can't figure out the syntax for the subject line to append to an existing ticket.
