I have incident, which is identical to another so when i write solution can I link solution for multiple incidents?
You have several options available to you for creating relationships between both incidents and solutions in Samanage!
On the right hand side of the incident viewing window, you will see a menu that will allow you to create relationships between your specific incident and other areas of the application. If you click "Incidents" you can attach existing incidents in the system as well as create new related incidents. If you select "Solutions" you can attach a related solution to the incident. You can also create a new Solution from a resolved incident by clicking "Create New Solution" on the resolution window when marking the incident as resolved.
If you would like to send that solution out as a comment to your employee, you can click "Insert an Existing Solution" which can be found near the comment box. Please make sure this is a public comment so that it goes out to your end user.
Keep in mind that you can also merge two incidents together if they are a duplicate issue. That can be done by clicking Actions > Merge at the top right hand corner of the screen.
