how do you add a column of information to the inventory/printers screen ? On the tutorial for that screen they show a column for Site, but it is not in my screen. I would also like to add the column for site.

You can add different data columns across all index views by clicking on the column selection button in the top right corner of each index screen. Once you select the data you want to see, click Save and when the page refreshes you will have your new columns.
