Is anybody else experience latency on ticket creation when the tickets are populated through emails?
In 2018 we are currently experiencing this problem for the 11th time.
Sometimes we receive no new tickets, sometimes we fail to receive tickets from specific users, and sometimes (as currently) we receive some tickets and not others, and have not been able to establish a pattern?
With these issues, sometimes tickets do not generate at all, while other times they arrive minutes, hours, or even days later than they were sent.
I'm just curious if others are seeing the same issues, and if so, what you are doing about it.
