Are we able to change the custom incident state 'Identifier' color?
We like to be able to make new tickets highly visible and color coding would be a lot easier...
Currently, you are not able to edit the custom incident state color. However, you could try populating a new custom incident state until the color you're looking for appears. The ability to do this is something we're working on.
Do you want to change the State color only, or change the entire line to a different color?
I think it would be nice to have the entire line change, but it sounds like this is not something available.
