Checkbox option in Incident Editing?

Along with editing features such as Bold, Numbering, Bulleting, etc., it would be useful to include the ability to insert check boxes (clickable) within an Incident, ideally at the description level.  In that way, the technician and the requester could see at a glance which items within a ticket have been completed and which have not.  See attachment.
