I want to restrict Requesters from being able to see Tasks via the Service Portal. I have put this restriction in place via Roles and sure enough it works. However, if a Service Desk Agent or technical team member replies to an email notification relating to that task, the content of the task appears on the portal for the Requester to see (as per image below.) Is this a fault? How can I stop the Requester from seeing the content of the Task?
