Basically, I'm wanting to gather all the names from our new hire requests without having to open each request up individually(a very time consuming process) or sift through task assignment notifications for the last 30 days. For example, we have a catalog item for when our company is getting a new hire. One of the variables in the catalog item requests the new hire's name. We have a task outside of Samanage that involves gathering all the names of everyone hired within the last 30 days. Right now, I found that I can set filters in the Incidents, go to Actions and select Export CSV-All Columns. The CSV will have all the variable information crammed into one cell but it's there (First variable asks for the new hire's name). However, this is still a manual "lookup" and I was wondering if there's a bit more automated way to do this.
