I don't think it's a common use case, but the scenario is aggravating to us so here goes. Our email admins have recently changed everyone's email address. Our users typically email their requests, and Samanage creates new accounts based on their email addresses. Now our users have two accounts in Samanage. One is based on their old email address and the other is based on their new email address. They therefore have to check the status of their requests under two different accounts depending on when the request was opened. I suppose we could change Requested By manually for each incident, but before we dive into that, I wanted to see if there might be some feature we could use to merge the two accounts in the Requested By field for selected users...?
