Am looking at configuring Samanage to support multiple external clients.
Therefore "Site" in my case is really Client or Contract.
Is it possible to have separate templates and mandatory fields for each different site, or do i need to have a single Master incident template that would apply to all sites?
Also on a completely different note, can i force the samanage portal to only show in portal mode and hide the dashboard view for a set of users. So they can just log and manage tickets but not see the stats
