Someone has clicked "Schedule Request" instead of "Create Request" and so a new incident is raised every so often. How does he find a list of his schedule so that he can cancel it/delete it?
If you look in the software catalog anything that is scheduled will have this calendar icon
I thought you were asking about a way for a Service Agent to see in one location all of the items scheduled that are assigned to them or their group. That would be very useful but I don't believe that capability exists today.
I kinda was, but only because I didn't understand that once a schedule was raised, it was globally visible; I was working on the assumption that it was "Steve's" schedule, and not a system-wide thing.
