I need to create the following reports using the Reports section of Samanage:
- How many incidents (as a summary and over time) are resolved by our central service desk versus escalated to another group for resolution?
- How many incidents (as a summary and over time) are created by a variety of different individuals?
I suspect the second report isn't possible due to the limitations of Reports today, so I created the follow Feature back a year ago:
