Issue with changing a category in incident view "update failed. Please edit incident"

Since samange has been implemented here in our envirnment, we have ran into an issue where we can't change a category in the incident view under service desk. I have included a screen shot of what this looks like. We get the following error “ update failed. Please edit incident.”

 

 

 

Has anyone else seen this before?
