Is there a way to filter by text in the incident body?

We get auto generated bug reports to our help desk.  On more than one occasion we have multiple of the same issue having a report generated, I would like a quick way to consolidate all of these auto-generated reports. I'm wondering if there is a way to filter incidents by text contained within the incidents main text body?
