How can one build a custom audit report that pulls data on the tasks created from a service catalog form? We have an agency termination form, that includes several tasks assigned to three functional groups. Each groups has a set of tasks they are required to complete upon termination of an employee. We need to be able to run a report to audit the completion of all tasks. Report should include ticket number, tasks, who completed the tasks and when they were completed at minimum. Anyone done something like this? Is it also possible to connect directly to the Samanage db so we can export data, if this type of reporting isn't available?
