As a technician I don't want my name populated in the Requester field in the Service Desk. Is there a way to have the requester field come up blank?
The requester field in a new incident is populated automatically when you sign in to Samanage. To remove your name, you simply click on the field and the name will be removed.
I was hoping when I'm logged in and am a technician, it would know enought not to populate with my name, as I'll be adding tickets from phone and walkins.
