We recently (within the past few weeks) started experiencing a problem where our Service Desk agents are unable to upload any documents into an incident. After some research we found that the "Upload From Computer" process is hitting a URL from Dropbox and AWS during the process. Our previous logs only showed AWS being accessed unless the "Upload From Dropbox" option was selected. Due to our compliance requirements our content filter is now blocking any attempt to upload a file.
Has anyone else noticed this change in behavior? We have been blocking Dropbox for years and the content filter is showing us that this functionality (hitting dropbox on all uploads) wasn't there during our service audit in February.
