Are Multi-Picklist Variables Supported in Application Integrations?

If I create a variable in my service request for example as:

Type: Multi-picklist

Name: Application List

Option: MS Outlook

Option: MS Word

Option: MS Excel

I can't pass through this variable as {{Application List}} in my integration. I know that this variable in particular is causing my integration to fail because if I remove it, the integration works.

I haven't been able to find any documentation that states that multi-picklist variables aren't allowed in integrations so I can only assume it's a bug, but at the same time, I'd imagine someone would have already reported this somewhere in the community but have not found any indication of that.

Here is an example of the payload I'm sending my Samanage integration:

{

   "incident":{

      "priority":"Medium",

      "name":"Title",

      "requester":{

         "email":"{{Requester}}"

      },

      "category":{

         "name":"Employee Change Process"

      },

      "subcategory":{

         "name":"Application Setup"

      },

      "description":"{{Application List}}"

   }

}

Has anyone else ran into this issue or have a definitive answer on whether multi-picklist are allowed to be passed through to integrations as {{variables}}?
