Mobile Web Page does not prompt for SSO, have to use Desktop View Version. Mobile App works perfectly

We are new to Samanage and I've setup SSO using Google / SAML. I can get the Mobile App SSO to work seamlessly. However if I use Mobile Internet Browser, the sign on does not work and I have to switch it to the Desktop View in order to use the G+ sign in feature.  This is the same in both iOS and Android. Any suggestions?
