Requester on scheduled service tasks

We are still in the implementation phase of Samanage and I am currently working on creating reoccurring scheduled service catalog items.  I have noticed when I create a scheduled item I get notified when the incident is created because I am the requester as well as getting notified as I am the assigned technician.


What is the preferred way to reduce this double notification?  Can the requester be set as something like "system"?


We have many internal tasks that there doesn't need to be a "requester" that gets notified on.
