I am curious to hear whether anyone else has noticed old incidents appearing on the incident view pages - it looks like incidents are being cached. To get around this we always use Ctrl + F5 to refresh the page otherwise old incidents appear in our open/in progress ticket queues. When we click the incidents, we get the correct information (resolved/closed, all info update within the incidents).
I've tried raising this with Support as because the issue affects multiple computers & users on a variety of operating systems and browsers, but I've been told it's out of their remit as they haven't had any other reports.
We use Chrome and Firefox on a W7 & W10 PCs.
