How can I make the satisfation comments box mandatory?

We find the responses to the survey very helpful for developing our system and the processes the teams follow. Both positive and negative feedback are very helpful for how we work in the future.

At the moment people can choose to firstly ignore the survey or choose Satisfied/Not Satisfied but leave no response.

The addition of making it mandatory would result in the teams having more feedback to learn from or explain to customers.

This would be for both Satisfied and Not Satisfied
