I would like to manage the filters in a report for our live Help Desk Incident queue for the entire team. This way when the agents are viewing a specific filter it will be the same across all members of the team for consistent Incident monitoring.

We do not have a setting to enable this for a specific group or multiple users, I would like to suggest posting this on our Feature Request page in order to gain more traction.
We do allow to share the report URL's of the incident page. When the URL is visited by another user, the same filters will apply and the report can be saved and set to default.
