We were experiencing an issue that other people had reported where we were our end users were unable to access our self service portal on an ios device. The application didnt provide a portal view and the Samanage site wouldn't support SSO through SAML on either Chrome or ios.
However at the weekend purely by chance I tried again, and it worked. I've managed also for a request user to login using an Ipad and they see our self service portal.
Has anything changed or is this fluke? I am keen to understand this as this issue was stopping us rolling out self service to the business, which the simplicity to implement was a major factor in us purchasing Samanage.
