Is it possible for Service Catalog requests to be routed to a specific team and configured to not be viewed by another team? For example, if a request comes in for termination of an employee, we want that to route to HR team (group) and IT techs should not see that ticket come through. Because, what if it was one of them who was being terminated? Maybe I am missing some feature or setup that's within the system.
Please let me know if this is possible and how.
