Is it possible to update a service catalogue request once submitted. We have a new employee service catalogue request which requires different tasks to be actioned by different departments/users. However some information can only be added once the process has begun.
For example, HR will submit the request using basic hr information obtained during the hiring process but they may not know the final telephone extension assigned by office admin or the username/email assigned by IT.
We would like the ability for the services task users assigned to each step, to be able to update the original task form fields with the details relevant to their tasks.
Is this currently possible or in the pipeline?
