I am an agent user and calls get assigned to my group or to me. I want to see both but would like the group notifications to indicate a specific group/category versus just saying "you". Right now our Group notifications look like this:
Joe Schmoe assigned incident Needs CRM report (#12345) to you.
The incident example indicates the incident is assigned to me- but it was assigned to actually assigned to a group/queue/ of 4 members. I just started using Samanage so there may be some other way (I am just not aware of) to differentiate between the notifications. Many thanks
