HI I have an account that is not showing in my list of accounts

I need to add a user into our inventory but when i go to create the account, it says the email already exists. When i check my list of users, the email does not show. And when i check previous incidents, i am unable to view the incidents linked to this email.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
