Adding comments to an incident can be helpful for diagnosing and resolving issues. Sometimes those details can be public, while other times they should be kept private.
We are now working on a new capability to enable toggling of default setting of comments visibility. This new setup option will be under setup -> service desk and will enable an admin to easily define what is the visibility of comments entered in the app - whether private or public. This will apply to incoming comments via the app.

We have also improved the usability of the toggle in the comment section - on the toggle for comment visibility - which is now clearer in terms of the visibility state (See screenshots below):
