Forms Association Issues - bug?

I hope you don't mind me "Badgering" you all!


When you raise an Incident via "Catalog item", (we have pre-allocated the category and subcategory in these) you are NOT presented with the "Custom Form" associated with that category set; the form is only presented when the category fields are displayed as selctable fields and can be chosen by the Requester.


Is this the way it's meant to be?
