There appears to be a known issue where iOS devices cannot access links to the Samanage portal if SAML is enabled.
If you try to click on a Samanage portal link from the native email app and you use SAML, you will be forwarded to the SAML provider page for logon as expected but after supplying credentials you will be presented with a white page that shows a token for your account.
I guess Samanage is trying to figure this out but if you use iOS and are unaware I figured it would be worth mentioning. This doesn't seem to impact Android devices.
