If a user is CC'd on a service desk ticket are they able to view the ticket in Samanage? Is that even possible?
This is possible if the user on the CC has the right permissions to view the incident of the original requester.
For instance an requester with permission to only view incidents requested by him, can not see the incident (not requested by him) when he is CC'ed on it. But an administrator will be able to see all the incidents in Samanage.
