Sending Formatted emails to other systems

One of the features we've used extensively in our current (LanDesk) implementation (to be replaced with Samanage) is that of being able to automatically send a special email out to an "Interface" address which raises a ticket automatically in a third party system (supplier, partner etc). So - we create a ticket with particular fields filled in, and assign it to a particular Resolver Group: this then AUTOMATICALLY creates an email with the data and sends it to the third party, and their system automatically processes the email and raises a ticket.


Is this possible in Samanage, and if so, how?
