Ability to filter ITSM indexes by "unread comments"

We are releasing a new update to the filters for ITSM index pages (e.g. Incidents, Problems, Changes, Releases). The change seeks to improve efficiency and ensure priority items get completed.


You will now be able to filter these pages to view only those objects with unread comments or notes. The screenshot, below, shows an example:
