Is there a way to add a task on the Service Request workflow that creates a new ticket if a condition applies?
Here is an example:
We have a Service Request "I need an external library in SharePoint". Part of this workflow is to create a guest account for the external contact that will access this library. In order to keep the licences under control, we intend to keep these accounts alive for 3 months and then remove them. It would be great if we could have a workflow like this:
-The guest user will have access to this library for 3 months. Do you need to extend this access any longer?
- Yes: Please advise an alternative date
Create new ticket to "Remove guest user access to external library" due in the mentioned date
- No: Create new ticket to "Remove guest user access to external library" due in 3 months time
