I built a link between Zendesk and SAManage so users of Zendesk can forward a ticket into SAManage. That all works. I forward some XML to the SAManage API and an incident is created. I can even forward the Zendesk ticket ID into SAManage using a custom field.
What I would like to do however is upon closing the incident in SAManage to also close the incident in Zendesk. Is this possible?
