I'd like to have the ability to tell how responsive we are with resolving incidents on a global scale. For instance, I'd like to say that 80% of all incidents are Resolved within 24 hours. Is there a way to do that currently? I can break it down in various ways, but I just want a simple, aggregate view of our incidents and any other helpful stats related to our response times and usage of Samanage.
That seems like information that should be available in both the Dashboard and Reports, but I'm not finding it. Has anyone been able to create this information within Samanage?
