I have come across a bug/annoyance with the Samanage product. When I try to paste any content into a ticket or Service Catalog item that came directly from Word or Excel, the entire tab/window in the browser freezes! When you pair that with the lack of auto-saving when you are building forms or submitting tickets and you lose work and impede productivity. Is this an awareness of the Samanage developers and will it be addressed soon? I just lost an hour of work on a Service Request because of this and have to start all over. Frustrating!
