We have noted that a fair number of our HP computers are not pulling warranty information. This appears to be because some HP machines cannot be identified through the serial number alone - a "Product ID" must be provided along with the SN.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? We love that we can see the warranty data on many of our machines and would like to be able to run reports on this. We'll add a custom field if that is the only option, but that won't get us the warranty data that we are looking for.
