Email Dropbox Not Working

I have setup some email Dropbox's to automatically capture and assign some system alerts.  I have tested these by emailing the Dropbox address and this logs the call as expected and assigns it to the correct category and team.

 

However when I have received alerts from our monitoring system, the emails are not logging into Samanage via the Dropbox.  The only thing that I can think, is the alerts are happening outside of business hours, however I wouldn't expect this to not log the call?
