Gain Greater Visibility with New Pie and Line Charts

Gaining granular visibility into key metrics and measurements just got easier with the introduction of pie and line charts. Reports containing these customizations can also be saved and scheduled to provide real-time visibility into your help desk operations.
Line charts are available for most standard reports that uses a timeline for the X-axis. Pie charts are available for most standard reports that are not time based.

How to view pie and line charts
  1. Begin by navigating to Reports/Standard Reports. To view a pie chart, click on a report that does not use time on X-axis, for example, Incident summary. Next, click the pie icon in the bar/pie toggle in the upper right corner. The report should display as shown.
  2. Then, to view a line chart, select a report using time as an axis, for example, Incidents. Next, click the line icon in the bar/line toggle in the upper right corner. The report will display as shown below.
  3. After making multiple selections, users can choose to display data as line or pie chart then save and schedule the report to run periodically.
