New email domain and user profiles

Hi, not sure if this is already posted but,

Our company has gone through a merger and as a result, changing our email domains. So we are going from @X.com to @y.com. as a result, i now see both of these in the users page. essentially making a duplicate profile with different emails. 

Is there an easy way to import user data onto the "new" users or will i have to go through and manually input them in??
