When we enable the Dashboard Widget for the Aging tickets, it shows the above options to breakdown. However, if i pull the report for 7 days, it will show last 7 days tickets that include the ticket raised in a minute before too.
This should be other way around. If i pull the report more than 7days old, or more than 14days, or more than 30 days; it should show the incident before 7,14, or 30days raised; not the recent tickets.
