I need to edit incidents after they are closed (esp. the 'Category' and 'Subcategory'), but that option is greyed out.  How can I do this?

I need to edit incidents after they are closed (esp. the 'Category' and 'Subcategory'), but that option is greyed out.  Reopening the ticket does not help.  How can these fields be edited?
