Duplicated tickets

Dear All,

We are receiving duplicated tickets from one of our sites. Has anyone had that before?

I thought this happened because the users added an account that is forwarded to our Samanage email account as copied in, but some of them are only sent to our main account and are still duplicated.

Any idea would be much appreciated.
