Hi Samanage Community,
We have a team using Samanage to provide support for a specific programme, they are in a group. They receive a very low number of tickets so they don't normally log into Samanage unless they are notified a new ticket. They have requested to receive notifications not only when the ticket arrives, but when the ticket is assigned to someone else and resolved.
I could do this easily but that would mean that the IT Team (heavy users of Samanage) will get their inboxes full of notifications they don't need.
Is there a way to set up notifications only for a group of users?
